Glad someone finally asked it.

Really nice interview overall, though. As much as I can't bring myself to putting this guy in the Top 3 receivers because of the type of receiver he is, his reliability is unmatched in this league and he just gets the job done. The guy racks up yardage like no other and, in a way, he really is the number one receiver in New England. He was made for this system.

Well he's definitely helped by his QB's uncanny ability to find him at almost any time...they have impeccable timing together but there's no denying that he knows how to get open and is quick, agile, fast and has great hands.

In a league where all these flashy, diva wide receivers dominate the game by only showing up for 5-6 plays and just run deep routes most of the time, it's great to see a guy dominate with precision route running and reliable hands. I'll take Wes Welker over a guy like Desean Jackson any day.

in the sports world its reverse and inverse racism. ever since Fred Biletnikoff and even before that, White receivers get no respect,.. youre too slow, you cant beat me etc..theres plenty of decent white wide receivers..but we need more white cornerbacks and RBs
