this makes sense, the team wants a new scheme on d and they want to make an effort to get younger. i wonder why they didnt cut ronde though...

this may well have been the dumbest move by any team in the last 5-10 years! y the hell cato june and brooks. cato is young! brook means to the bucs wat dawkins means to my eagles. wasnt ike hilliard a productive role player? i get the joey and dunn releases but y not ronde??? where the hell do they plan on replacing those players. and they still have no qb!!!!!!!! wow this guy just made young coaches look bad. i plan on seeing a 2-14 team next year
      EAGLES!!!! 13-3 :pepsi:

Joey Galloway and Ike Hilliard are getting older and they can find more productive, younger players then them. Dunn really wasn't needed. Derrick Brooks isn't as good as he used to be plus he is 14 years in the league. They wanted to get some of their younger studs on the field too. Cato June was young so I'm not completely sure why they cut him. They didn't cut Ronde because they don't have any good, young players after Aqib Talib and Philip Buchanon. I believe this was a good move so Raheem Morris can build his team the way he wants it. I'm sure he'll have a completely different way of doing things. Like having a lot more youth and finding a franchise quarterback. I believe the cuts were good for the Buccaneers and for Raheem Morris. They really did, in my opinion, need to go in a new direction.

The Chiefs still have some pretty old players on the team. They are still in their 'youth movement'. Patrick Surtain has been cut and Donnie Edwards may be next.

But the youth is good and the team will have to fit into what Raheem Morris wants if he wants to succeed.
