Lito Sheppard to the Jets?!?!?

Eagles have sent CB Lito Sheppard to the Jets for a 2009 5th round pick and conditional 2010 pick. The 2010 pick will range from either a 2nd to a 4th.

It's a 5th this year and a conditional pick in 2010 that could be as high as a 2nd.
Lito will have to play his ass off for the Birds to get that 2nd.
Since he's no longer in the division or conference, kick ass Lito.

Interesting oddity: Colts got a 2nd and a 5th from Rams for Marshall Faulk. Suffice to say, Rams would pay that again.

except his demotion probably had more to do with his attitude then talent level. He was a Pro Bowler just a couple years ago.
