    The NFC Playoff picture

With the Bears losing today, I was thinking. Coming into today it was.......

    1. GB
    2. SF
    2. NO
    4. Dal

    ------------

    5. Chicago
    6. Atlanta

    -------------

Outside looking in. Detroit and NY.

Who am I forgetting. How will it shape out.

Chicago, and Atlanta lost. Detroit is away to NO. NY is down to GB right now.

Can Tebow find a way to shoehorn in here if the AFC squeezes him out?

Just seen on FOX that Atlanta has moved into "The hunt". I think if Detroit and New York loses they hop back up. Not sure though..

Too close to spend too much time thinking about it this early.

But the Giants might have the best chance to get back into it. Excluding today, they're only 1 game behind the Cowboys and they still play them twice.

Packers, 9ers and Saints are the locks. Giants or Cowboys will claim 4th seed.

Wildcard will go to Cowboys/Giants, Bears, Lions, Falcons..

          Schedules are;

Falcons (7-5): @ Panthers, vs Jaguars, @ Saints, vs Bucs
Lions (7-5) vs Vikings, @ Raiders, vs Chargers, @ Packers
Bears (7-5) @ Broncos, vs Seahawks, @ Packers, @ Vikings
Cowboys (7-5): vs Giants, @ Bucs, vs Eagles, @ Giants
Giants (6-6): @ Cowboys, vs Redskins, @ Jets, vs Cowboys

Can't see the Bears coming close without Cutler.. Falcons should be able to go 3-1 and claim 5th seed. 6th seed will be Giants or Lions. Neither schedule looks all the good.

          1) Packers
          2) 49ers
          3) Saints
          4) Cowboys
          5) Falcons
          6) Giants/Lions

Then again if the Seahawks or Cardinals go 4-0 they could even sneak in.
Seahawks: vs Rams, @ Bears, vs 49ers, @ Cardinals
Cardinals: vs 49ers, vs Browns, @ Bengals, vs Seahawks

          Stranger things have happened.
