And you dont think it happens at all? It happens almost every single time there are trade talks with a professional sports team. Its just that most players are smart enough not to take every single trade rumor they hear serious.

I think people are reading way to much into this.

Other teams are calling the Broncos and asking to trade for Cutler, these teams obviously recognize Cutler's Godliness. It is not the other way, the Broncos were simply listening to every trade offer they received, what else would you expect them to do?

McDaniels is smarter then this, if he traded Cutler, he'd be a dead man.

Cutler will be fine, tonight B-Marsh will probably call him, and remind him how fucking godly the Broncos offense is going to be next year.

            Jay Cutler isn't going anywhere.

And even if he did, why would Arizona want him? They have Matt Leinart.

And who's to say the Broncos didn't? All we know is the other teams called the Broncos and suggested the trade.

Last year was probably some of the worst defense that I can remember. So just them getting slight improvements will make there defense better. Its pretty much the same as saying that the Detroit Lions cant get that much worse.

Last year the Broncos had the worst defense in franchise history. They gave up 30+ points on a regular basis, and the opposing QB usually had a QB rating above 100. This off season they got rid of their DC and replaced him with a guy who has been very successful in the past. With the players they have already signed, possible other free agents, and a draft that is expected to be heavily concentrated on defensive players; it is very likely the defense will improve.

Also remember that Champ Bailey and DJ Williams both missed half the games last year due to injury.

two years of starting in the NFL doesnt really qualify as being a loser. And by your standards does that mean Matt Leinart and Vince Young are winners? They won in college and since you group college and the NFL together then I guess they are winners. Even though you shoudnt compare winning in college to winnign in the NFL.

lol get your facts straight. Cutler wasn't always a loser, he won the state title in high school. It's a team game dude, Cutler is a good QB.

Since you seemed to be all over Adam Schefter's jock during the Dawkins signings, lets see what he has to say about the Cutler rumors:

DENVER - According to published reports, the Denver Broncos considered deals this week which would have sent quarterback Jay Cutler packing - rumors that angered the Broncos' passer.

"Of course, there is fallout to this," Schefter told 9NEWS. "Jay Cutler is aware of all the storylines going out there, he is none too pleased about it. So, Denver is in the process of repairing that relationship. I believe they'll get it repaired."

Both deals fell by the wayside as Cassel was dealt to the division rival Kansas City Chiefs, along with linebacker Mike Vrabel, in exchange for the 34th overall pick in the 2009 draft.

The Broncos deny any intention to trade Cutler, Shefter says.

"These are the things you go through as other teams call you and try to make a deal," Shefter said. "And Denver feels as if it got caught in the crosshairs and it didn't do anything wrong. They didn't shop Jay Cutler. They never tried to make a deal. Other teams came to the Broncos and obviously this leaked out, and once it leaked out, that's where problems arose."
The Broncos aren't trading Cutler, they never intended to; so don't get excited thinking that a fellow AFC West team is getting closer to occupying the West's doghouse with the raiders.

lol, he played at Vandy what did you expect him to do, win the national championship? I think John Lynch said it best, "If this guy can take a bunch of future doctors and lawyers and have them compete against the best teams in college football, you know he's good."

Vandy is doing better, because they are finally signing some decent recruits. The only reason these recruits are signing with Vandy, is beause of the recognition that Jay Cutler brought to the university. He was the first Vandy QB to beat Tennessee in a long, long time.

no but all players are involved in trade talks at least once in there career and should learn how to handle it better. Do you think when some people suggested that Brady be traded instead of Cassel do you think Brady came out and started having a hissy fit? It happens in all sports all the time there is trade talks where a player is brought up but doesnt get traded.

New England never tried trading Tom Brady, or even mentioned it.

                                Wtf are you talking about?
