i fully expect this to turn into a huge mess. all that is missing right now is denver's version of ed werder using 'anonymous' sources to help fuel the fire.

"I went in there with every intention of solving the issue, being a Bronco, moving forward as a Bronco," Cutler said. "We weren't in there but about 20 minutes, [McDaniels] did most of the talking and as far as I'm concerned, he made it clear he wants his own guy. He admitted he wanted Matt Cassel because he said he has raised him up from the ground as a quarterback. He said he wasn't sorry about it. He made it clear that he could still entertain trading me because, as he put it, he'll do whatever he feels is in the best interest of the organization.
"At the end of the meeting, he wasn't like, 'Jay, I want you as our quarterback, you're our guy.' It felt like the opposite. He basically said that I needed to tell him if we can't work this out, to let him know," Cutler added. "I thought he was antagonizing me and that was disappointing because I was ready to move on, committed as a Bronco. Really, I figured we'd hash things out, shake hands, laugh a little and move forward. What happened [Saturday] was the last thing I expected. If I didn't think it could be fixed, I never would have come back to Denver. It was painfully obvious to me and Bus [Cook, his agent] it's not something they want to fix."
Matt Cassel has already fucked up the Broncos season and he hasn't even played a down as a Chief. Hilarious.

the only way cutler would have not asked for a trade is if McDaniels would have sucked his dick, Jay obviuosly has gotten his feelings hurt and is too much of a woman to get over it. If I am any team that needs a QB I would think twice about getting him, not only for his horrible inaccuracy, but he also seems to have a fucked up sense of self importance usually reserved for wide outs.

On one hand I want Cutler to stay a Bronco because he is a fucking headcase and on the other hand I don't because he is also really fucking talented.
There's no way I can honestly say that I don't think Cutler will ever win a Super Bowl. He's bound to get a ring in his career, unless his head and mouth eat his arm, of course.
1. What's Jamal Anderson up to nowadays? Oh, that's right...
2. BOO YA!
Peyton Hillis @ ATL last year:
10 Carries 44 Yards 2 TD's and a road win.
Wow... you go after his team, which has nothing to do with this topic, because he makes a valid point about Denver running backs? Every year, a new Bronco back get hyped up and they become nothing in a heartbeat:
First, it was Reuben Droughns, then Mike Anderson, then Tatum Bell, then Selvin Young.
Now, it's Peyton Hillis... and he didn't even have that great of a season. 343 yards, 5 TDs... and he played 10 games? An average highlight reel does nothing. I can cut a video with every spectacular play Mark Clayton and Eminem music and make him look great:
On topic, Cutler should just get traded. He's just going to continue to make headlines until he's gone. Just get rid of him... send him to Detroit.
1. the fuck do i care about jamal anderson? lol. that was 10 years ago.
2. like i said, hes just following the broncos RB trend. play well then disappear.
Can't be a trend if we haven't had a running game the past two years.

Droughns and Anderson peaked while being Broncos so it's no surprise that on the downside of their careers they faded. Bell and Young never did anything spectacular with Denver IMO, so lets not act like anyone (including Bronco Fans) think they were just anything but a flash in the pan.
Davis, Anderson and Portis where the only standout RB's in the Denver running game in the last 12 years.
because the last two years your RBs get themselves hurt so a single one doesnt get all the yards, its spread out.
but like deviant said. anderson, droughs, bell, griffith, young. all had a few good games and broncos fans were on them about how good they were.
Yeah right, Broncos fans thought Bell and Young were the shit and if they thought they were flashes in the pan then what makes Hillis any different?
The NFL is business buddy, so every team hypes up their fans during training camp and makes the starters sound like they are the answer.
I'll tell you right now, Hillis has a bunch of potential but he hasn't stayed healthy and IMO isn't good enough to be a starting RB in this league. I think he is best served staying at FB.
Understandable if you are Cutler. people can say he's acting immature and I suppose maybe he is a bit. But the Broncos took him to be the QB of the future and a new coach comes in and without even getting to work with Cutler yet wants to bring in a guy who has started in the NFL for one season and frankly could be a flash in the pan and put up decent, not great numbers playing with one of the best offenses in the NFL with or without him.
Take it for what its worth but was scanning a Cardinals message board to see if anything new on theBoldin front and came across this doozie.
Okay, I know rumors flying everywhere. Just heard this from a Friend of mine and he does have a Software firm In Cherry Hill New Jersey that does business with the Jet's main offices in Floraham Park, New Jersey. Anyway... My bro said the Jet's are TEARING UP THE PHONES TRYING TO GET JAY CUTLER TO NEW YORK IN THE BRONCO MELTDOWN FUED. One scenerio he said they are Persuing ( This is a rumor but just had to get it out there just in case it comes off)
He said the Jet's want Cutler soooo bad they are salivating. BUT the Broncos must Get a Good young QB in return and have NO interest in ANY QB's on the Jet's current roster. So word is they have to include a third team in the deal to get Cutler and he said one scenario involved the Cards and would go like this. Keep in mind Jet's fans are FOOTBALL FREAKS!
Bronco's send Cutler to Jets for Jets 1st round pick
Cardinals send Matt Leinart to the Broncos.
Cards receive explosive young tailback and kickoff return specialist Leon Washington and the Bronco's 2nd round pick.
So the cards would end up with one of the most elusive speed backs in the NFL to pair with Hightower and the Broncos number 2 pick in the draft.
Josh McDaniels rift with Cutler apparently cant and wont be repaired. McDaniels will bring in Cassel , USC, plan B by bringin in Matt Leinart and teaching him his offense from the ground up like he did Matt Cassel. Pairing him with MONSTER pro-bowl receiver Brandon Marshall. Apparently the Bronco's head coach feels he cant work long term with Jay Cutler.
Keep in mind most of the stuff i have been told by this source doesn't come off. But he did say the Jet's were going after Brett Favre last season when the packers were still talking to him down in Lousiana trying to keep Farve in retirement. So thats the ONLY reason i give this some credibility. This trade has a lot for every team involved. I would LOVE to see the cards with a Kickoff returner and MEGA -Explosive running back like LEON WASHINGTON to pair with Hightower and pick up an additional 2nd round pick to boot.
