No love for Brad Childress? He was one of the worst coaches ever. He doesn't make any adjustments, he believes his system is the be all end all, and it doesnt matter if he has a gameplan that circles would fit into, yet he only has square players, he won't allow his system to fit his players needs. Its his way or no way. He over-reacts and fires people. He couldnt even call offensive plays as the offensive coordinator in Philly.
