    College football's top 25 freshman

Todd McShay, Steve Muench and Kevin Weidl of Scouts Inc. rank the top 25 freshmen in the country from the 2011 college football season. At the top of the list are Clemson WR Sammy Watkins, Ohio State QB Braxton Miller and Oregon RB De'Anthony Thomas.

Incredible to have 3 in the top 25 and an honorable mention. Oh yeah, and we had a sophomore win the Bednarik and finish fifth in the Heisman. LSU is not going anywhere for a while.

Don't think it's been announced yet but there's a lot of speculation that he'll be dismissed from the team for grades and drug use. So that means his ETA at Auburn University is Fall 2013.

                  LOL, wut?

Roby is a stud. Outstanding in coverage and provides good run support for someone that's only 5'11, 180, and he's just a redshirt frosh.

2 in the Top 25 and 1 more in honorable mention, I'll take it. Especially with the news that several other highly touted freshman have been showing out in bowl practices.

Also, if this list factored in special teams tackles WR Jarvis Landry would at least be honorable mention. He hasn't gotten the shine that ODB has on offense yet, but he's gonna be even better once he gets the touches.

The future looks even better than the present in Baton Rouge.

Incredible to have 3 in the top 25 and an honorable mention but Roby TB's are not much better player.

No Anthony Chickillo makes this a FAIL list.

His numbers are comparable to Clowney and Lynch and they are 2/3.
