7 is way too high... I'd peg WVU around 10-13...

I think we'll definitely be a top 25 team next year (obviously not a bowl team though

)...

7 offensive starters
10 defensive starters
K and P returning

Especially with a down Big Ten and a legitimate coaching staff.
