Story here is Ryan & Francesa don't like each other much. Mike thinks he's a big blowhard (ironic) who talks too much shit and now that the team is dysfunctional, you get the picture. Ryan has sort of avoided going on his radio show for the longest time (I think the last time he was on, must've been training camp) and finally the Jets/Ryan said okay.
