Why in the hell do they continue to keep Cam Cameron?

However, Cameron and Harbaugh are best friends and have been since 1997 when they both coached at Indiana. Sooooo, thats why Cam is still around. They are like a "package" deal.

Well, Harbaugh may find himself out of a job if the offense continues to be inconsistent like they were this year.
With the players they have, it is a ball control offense. You give the ball to Ray Rice and make him work. You have Anquan Boldin work the middle of the field, you work the tight ends to create mis-matches and then Torrey Smith to stretch the field, especially on play action.
Instead, Cam Cameron is trying to play cute with the offense, trying to have a New England or Green Bay offense, when that isn't what the Ravens are built for. It is a short to intermediate passing game built of running the ball.
I will say what they do need this off-season is a short yardage solution. Ricky Williams is a great change of pace back, but this is a team that really missed Willis McGahee and LeRon McClain.Comment
