It could be either/or, it's 50/50 chance. I mean Chilly was a pretty good coordinator in Philadelphia. He's definitely a terrible HC.

I see a lot of people rushing to judgement in these threads about Childress/Del Rio but they seem to all be basing that on their head coaching careers. Both of these guys were great as coordinators, and frankly that's where they belong. I think he will do a good job going back to that, same with Del Rio in Denver.
