Jets all the way, but I don't "mind" the Giants (when they're not giving me shit ) and whatever team Ray Rive is on (currently the Ravens). Always root against the Pats as well, even tho I'm becoming a fan of Gronk. Also like Rob Ryan, so any team he's coaching for as well.Comment

Now that I think of it, there were some teams I "liked" growing up but I wouldn't put them in the "2nd team" category...
I remember really being into the Bears in '85. I was always a huge Walter Payton fan, and almost every kid in the planet wanted to be Jim McMahon that year.
I remember kind of being into the Jets. The years with Richard Todd, Freeman McNeil, Lam Jones, Wesley Walker, Mickey Shuler, and the New York Sack exchange. Joe Klecko was actually from my area, his brother still runs a landscaping business around here as far as I know. Plus they were green like the Eagles and had a similar chant, so I always felt a connection.
I loved watching the NBC 4 o'clock ET games when I was a kid, and usually the Chargers were on. Where I was it was cold and dark already, but I turn that game on and the sun's out, everybody is in t-shirts, and the Chargers are just pitching the ball around like it's 2011. Loved watching Dan Fouts and Kelen Winslow. Wes Chandler always looked like the fastest guy on the field, and Charlie Joiner was always the "old receiver" who was productive in spite of his age.Comment

I'd say the Giants...I'm from NY and I got into Jets, so I'ma die hard there but if there was any other team I'd root for, it would be the Giants because they are from NY as well..Originally posted by Nick MangoldWes Welker is a great player. He's really taken advantage of watching film. If we don't keep a Spy on him, he could really open the Gate.Comment
