college fund raisers for football programs- Nebraska U

I'm actually going to the californians for Nebraska fund raiser dinner in Diamond Bar California tomorrow LOL

My friends who are big CornHusker fans are going and paid for a ticket for me !

its a dinner and 2 free drink tickets. They occasionally have various ex players show up to these things, it could be interesting?

I dont know how many people actually show up to something like this and the speaker this year is just the facilities manager LOL.
But its just a good chance to be with friends all day and every year they have some stupid story from the event, so i may as well go this year !

Ask the former players what it feels like to lose 9 out of 10 Big12 meetings to Texas.

The LHN is awesome. The best part is that Texas gets its money no matter what. It is great to be the king.

Of course, ESPN will eventually get distribution deals worked out with every major cable/dish company, and when they do, every time you pay your bills you'll be giving money to the University of Texas athletics department. Just think about that as you continue to not win titles in the Big10.

I have the LHN right now on my FiOS. Not sure why as I am in Tampa, FL. However, thus far, the programming has been...meh.

Then again, it is a new network and NFL Network was pretty bland it's first few years due to lack of variable programming.
