McNabb was a very good player for many years.
Culpepper had a short period of great play followed by many years of average to below average play.
Tim Couch had a fragile psyche and Cade McNown is envious of his sloppy seconds.
Akili Smith and Brock Huard sucked.

You forgot Shaun King, who was ok for a short period. Aaron Brooks was also in that class.
