Truthfully, it will depend on the offensive scheme and philosophy you want to have. It isn't a question that has a cut and dried answer. You want a pocket passer, who will stand in there and direct an offense up and down the field like Manning or Brady, it is Luck. If you want a quarterback who is mobile, who can get out and make plays in space, you want Newton.
