Your favorite football analysts

The Jaws thread got me wondering which analysts are the best on TV, either doing games or in the studio.

To me the best are Jaworski, Trent Dilfer, Brian Billick.

Mike Mayock hands down. I like Steve Young as well because i really liked him as a player. Kirk Herbstreit is my favorite as far as college football goes.

I would go Billick, Moose, Collinsworth (I might be in the minority, but I've never had a problem with him), Jaws, and Dilfer.

I cant' stand Merril Hoge or anyone on Countdown. Deion Sanders is a complete waste of TV time, I don't get it.

Really? I don't find him the least bit entertaining. There is just something so disingenious and.....douchey about the guy that really keeps me from watching any NFL Network Gameday programming...I think he's beyond awful...

Like a true homer I base whether or not I like someone if they say yes to believing Romo will win a super bowl one day (Dilfer, Aikman, Mooch, Moose) and ignore people like Marshall Faulk, Jamie Dukes, Warren Sapp. Or generally any analyst that likes to force their opinions onto others.

Favorite - The TNF crew as mentioned above with Mayock and Nessler. They work well together and provide quality play-by-play.

Least favorite person ever - Joe Buck. You could be watching the greatest play in the history of sports, and you'd think it was a routine 1st and 10 or 0-0 pitch. It's unbelievable how lifeless he is.
