All you had to do in the Braun thread was say, this is why I think he's guilty, but I understand why you would want to wait to see if MLB gets the Arbitrators ruling reversed. I think it's fine that you want to be more cautious and want the process to play out. And I respect that you want safeguards in place to minimize the chance of convicting an innocent person. Here is why I think Braun will end up being found guilty.

Instead, you completely ignored the sensibleness of it, and instead PMS'd like a little teenage girl, accusing me of saying things I didn't say (which I'm still waiting for my apology, like I apologized for misrepresenting you), or calling me names.

Stop being such a girl. And I don't mean that in the "you have to be meat-head macho" kind of way. I mean that in the, stop being so over the top emotional and be more practical. Men want to be practical and solve issues, women just want to PMS over them. Which one are you?
The fact that you think clean hitting negates a bounty is so fundametally stupid, that much like the Braun thread were you clearly were lost and without a clients, I just cant do this anymore. I like a good argument, but you see things from the worst angles and engaging you is pointless.

The NFL is going to be incredibly harsh on this, and rightfully so. Because its deplorable. Sad that people are downplaying it, but the tough guy fan culture of the NFL fans is strong.

Jesus fuck, you are so dense.

The only way to make bounties "functionally ineffective" is to throw the cretins who participate in this barbaric shit out of the league.

You are failing to understand why the hits being clean or dirty does not matter, but thats not surprising because you fail to understand most things. You just cling to rulebooks and see everything in black or white.

And you see the hit on Favre? One guy went low, the other went high. Looked pretty illegal to me.
Bullshit. Refs throw laundry if you sneeze too close to a QB. To say they would blatantly miss multiple personal fouls for a team that was being investigated by the NFL for that reason is asinine. If they violated such rules in harming poor Brett Favre and Kurt Warner, then why weren't the flags flying?

And if the refs simply "missed the call", why didn't Roger the Deliverer issue fines accordingly in the weeks that followed?

Yeah. In relatoon to bounties I do, because that stuff doesnt stop them from being in place. And if they are in place, people will persue them.

Never mind the fact that the cash exchange is against the NFL rules to begin with, besides being morally and ethically corrupt.

            Whats wrong with you?

Throw them out? You trolling? If they were to find out everyone that takes or took part in this sort of thing, you're talking about banning at least half the defensive players in the league.

Way to misrepresent AGAIN. It would be the hefty fines and significant suspensions that would negate the effectiveness of functionality of Bounty's. How you get the above statement from this is what's fundamentally stupid. Stop PMSing.

Again, the Arbitrator rules the evidence unusable. I'm waiting to see if that's overturned and found to be usable. Both practical and sensible. Stop going so emotionally overboard. Stop PMSing.

I don't have a problem with the NFL being harsh with this. But stop looking at only the emotional side. Stop being so overly dramatic, emotionally overboard. Stop PMSing.

I'm looking at the practical side. What's the real effectiveness of these bounty's and what is a practical way to stop them. Be a man, stop being such a teenage girl.

Former Redskin Matt Bowen says Williams used bounties in Washington, and while most players know its wrong, it does happen and he thinks it should stop.

In all seriousness, I would not be totally opposed to throwing Williams out of the league. It would send a strong messege that this stuff wont be tolerated. I think he's facing a long suspension for sure.

My thoughts exactly. And I'm right there with you on how W2B likes to twist your words around to make it sound like you are saying something you aren't. He exaggerates it and wants to spin it so you look like an idiot. He does repeatedly and it's getting really lame.

Second point, some of you are seriously acting like women. This is the response I would expect from a woman who has never played football so they have no idea about how violent and aggressive the players are towards each other.

I don't care if you're Kurt Warner or Mother Theresa, if you get on that football field you will get the shit knocked out of you and nobody is going to take it easy on you just because you're a quarterback or a woman or a pussy like some of you.

You guys were obviously taught different and played football a different way than I did. There were no friends on the football fields that I played on. We were out to knock the shit out of every single person on the opposing team. Never cheap or dirty, if that dude's head isn't on a swivel and he doesn't see me then that sucks for him but it's not my job to let him know I'm coming to wreck his shit.

That's all I have to say about this. You can call these guys cheap or dirty, I call them football players. If the refs don't throw a flag, it is legal and within the rules, and that is all that matters to me.

really, if anyone thinks the other teams don't do things like this behind closed
