It's funny how the Eagles mis-evaluated Broderick Bunkley. They wanted him as a pass rushing 3 technique. Instead he's pretty good at stopping the run, something the Eagles severely struggled with this past season.

The Bears are all systems go in free agency, and Williams would form the NFL's most dominant bookend duo in the league across from Julius Peppers. Ultimately, Chicago may choose between Williams and free agent wideout Vincent Jackson. It sounds like Williams is coach Lovie Smith's priority, and new GM Phil Emery's old team in Kansas City rarely spent big on wide receivers. While the Chargers, Patriots, and Titans have been linked to Williams as well, the Bears may be positioned best to land him. We should find out by midweek.

Glad to see someone finally setting these contracts straight. I'm also surprised at how many Raiders have been wiling to restructure.

Houston Chronicle's McClain brought up the question whether the Bears would be willing to put so much money on two DE's.....I hope so.

Texans cut Eric Winston. Freed up $ for Myers?

The Raiders have already made a lot of moves this off season with overpaid players getting cut and restructuring their contracts im loving it.

I had high hopes for Boss when we signed him, but he seemed to never fit. Now that hes gone I would really be interested into seeing what an athletic TE like Auesberry can do.

Andre Johnson restructured, Winston cut, Leinart cut.

I'd wager they're making one last ditch effort to keep Mario.

I think it would be well worth it. I'd be shitting my pants come gameday If I'm a QB playing the Bears. I hope this happens just so I can say I witnessed the destruction.

it makes me feel old when i remember him being a rookie and trading for him immediately in madden.

and i did that when i was already old enough to drink.
