John Fox allowed Tim Tebow to run a college offense last year, I'm pretty sure Peyton is going to run whatever the fuck he wants.

They didn't bring Manning in to run a balanced offense at any point of the season.

I'm sure the man isn't retarded, I just find it odd that Manning would want to go there based on the fact that he's a defensive coach that likes to run the football. But I guess you could say that about Tony Dungy too when he went to the Colts, so I guess you have a point there....

You can't go into the season thinking you are getting anything less than 100% of Peyton Manning IMO. Off the top of my head his offenses never cracked the top half of the league in rushing attempts. If you are running his offense, than that's what you'll get.

If you build your team around him, which is what I assume was part of Denver's selling point, than you roll the dice against the possibility of him hurting his neck again and going 1-15 while watching the Curtis Painters of the world make their weekly contributions to NFL films Follies videos.
