I agree, IMO there has to be a point when an athlete realizes that running full speed and slamming yourself into another player isn't good for your body. I don't understand how former players feel justified in suing the NFL

Lets guess whats next:

Firefighters suing over injuries while fighting fires.
Military Servicemen suing over injuries during battle.

Maybe something good will come out of the lawsuit and the NFL will have someone develop better protective head gear.
