Great drawing but Rosetta's hat needs to be more pointy and his eyes more slanty and his penis smaller.

And for Sven just draw a fat guy that looks like he lifts weights.

            5. Adding an injured reserve exemption so that if a player was on the roster through the first regular season weekend, that player can be placed on injured reserve and designated for return, and then can return to practice six weeks later and play in a game eight weeks later, rather than having all players on injured reserve out for the season.

The one I want to see that is never there is just doing away with the gameday inactives.

You have your 53 (now 54, I guess). Let them all suit up on Sunday. I never understood the whole "make 8 guys watch in sweatshirts" deal.

OT Rules passed. All turnovers being reviewed passed. Trade deadline "tabled" until May.

                According to Adam Schefter.

Its so the NFL Network can have something to show during their lame "Sound FX" show. Just record the 8 guys who aren't playing and have nothing better to do than BS with each other.

Or at minimum, let everybody suit up, and name 8 'inactive" players that can not play unless one of the "active" 45 is injured during the course of the game. You can then remove the injured player from the active roster and replace him with one of the 8 inactive players.

This would help protect teams when they lose multiple players due to concussions. Instead of playing short (and risking more injury), you still would have 45 players eligible to play at all times.
