For my Titans it would probably be either Steve McNair, Eddie George, or Keith Bulluck. I'm only going by the Titans years and not the Oilers.

QFT - People truly don't understand how great he was. Before Montana showed up, there was a legit argument that Staubach was the best QB ever.

Losing the first 4 years of his career didn't help his cause as far as numbers go, but the guy not only put up the numbers after, he was a constant winner.

Arguably the greatest 3 (4?) season stretch by a starting pitcher has to put you up there.

VERY tough question, but I'm gonna go with Jerry Rice by a hair over Lott and Montana.

Hey, if it does the job...

Now that I think about it, I have to wonder how Irvin kept up the intensity he always had...

I never saw Bobby Bell or Willie Lanier play, so it's between DT and Tony Gonzalez. I saw a Chiefs fan already said DT, so I will say Tony G. Gonzo can argue that he is the best player ever at his position.
