Panthers trade HB Mike Goodson to Raiders for OL Bruce Campbell

I already posted this in the free agency thread, but I think this is a great move for both teams neither player got many reps and can start out fresh somewhere else

They want to keep stewart... he's too talented. Every time he hit the field we got a spark. It will cost eating deangelo williams bonus next offseason. If he can't be resigned then compensatory pick or a simple franchise tag seeing the number wouldn't be too high for him. I liked goodson but he didn't even get a touch last year, campbell is young and athletic, can become a good tackle and means we prob won't be drafting a guard or tackle in the draft now and can focus our 2nd and 4th round picks on defense/wide receiver instead

Great move considering McFadden isn't exactly known for his durability. I think Goodson is very underrated.

Ya but hes really still unknown besides a couple good pre season games. Plus the way McFadden has been going down we need way more depth than just one RB I would expect us to pick up another RB either draft or free agency

Goodson is seriously underrated, let him return kicks and be a 3rd down back and the raiders wont be sorry, very solid pass blocker and a great receiver.

Yeah I'm happy with this move for the Raiders. Gives them solid depth at HB after losing Bush.

Campbell wasn't really doing much for us. He has potential but for whatever reason he hasn't seen much time.
