No shock you are offended I brought it back up, because you're one of the dipshits who can not see the forest through the trees, and thinks putting bounties on people's heads is not much of an issue.

Here's the thing, and I'm really tired if trying to explain this to you and you constantly twisting words around so this will be the last time I try to make this clear for you.

1. Bounties are terrible and should never be allowed in sports.

2. If bounty programs never existed in the NFL, Seau is still dead today.

That's as simple as it gets. Removing bounties isn't going to save lives, these guys are taking so much abuse already that they will suffer CTE anyway.

Again, that doesn't make bounties ok and they definitely don't help reduce the chances of CTE, but the point is they aren't the number 1 reason for CTE and there are obviously number of changes that need to be addressed first to improve player safety so let's talk about those things instead of constantly bringing up the bounty issue over and over again.

There are people on this forum who listened to the Gregg Williams recorded locker room rant before the 49ers game (which included Williams offering cash to go for the head of Alex Smith and 'knock him out'), and said they had no issue with Williams because it was largely "coach speak". They know who they are. That was who my original post was targeted to. As normal, non blood thirsty people already know, Williams was way out of line (without even mentioning the offers of money for targeting heads & injuries), and even if that type of vernacular was acceptable in locker rooms before, it certainly isnt any longer.

Of course, super sensitive angry weirdo Cornelius, who may or may not have been one of those people because I don't remember (but he probably was, based on his lack of critical thought and barbaric attitude towards these issues), clearly got self conscious about my comments and did what he does, which is make terrible, emotion driven posts filled with lame attempts at personal attacks and childish, bottom level insults. This is par for the course for people who aren't very intelligent, resorting to that type of low level garbage, so i'm not sure why he reduces himself to that level. Probably because he's always angry, and likely hates his life. I don't know. All I know is he comes off very badly.
