I'm not sure I agree Romo would be "elite" in GB or NO.

I think he would be. That should be reason enough.

I actually agree with Senser. IMO Romo is a quality QB, but IMO he doesnt' have the mental makeup of an Eli Manning or the other elite guys. I don't think he's a top 5 guy, but I'd easily put him in that 6-10 range. Romo is a good QB who takes too much blame when things go wrong. Dallas just has a lot of issues and generally are an overrated team, because they are Dallas.

I think he is an accurate passer, but not really a playmaker. When he tries to make something happen, he tends to screw things up. That said, I would guess that if he were on a team like Green Bay or New Orleans, he could replace those QBs and not miss a beat.
Romo at his best, is underrated...because people still think of him when he's at his worst.
But when he's at his worst, he is as bad as everyone thinks he is.

He doesn't play with the consistency a Brees or Rodgers does to not miss a beat in those same situations, and I'd argue not nearly as accurate to make those offenses even work.

We know Matt Flynn did well in that type of offense. So saying Romo could put up numbers in that style doesn't say much.
