Reid should be, but the rumors are that Joe Banner was demoted due to a power struggle with Reid stemming over a couple seasons, and the final straw was DeSean Jackson- Banner didn't want to bring him back, Reid wanted to keep him. We know how that went from there.

Reid could even miss the playoffs this season and I think he'll get another year.
