What would you expect McD to say? "Hey chances are you are going to get traded this offseason". Of course he was going to say Cutler is our guy. It was pretty much a lose lose situation for McD.If he announces this as soon as the offseason starts then this whole situation lasts the whole offseason and could of affected some of the guys that they signed. If Cutler did have a problem with it then he should of talked to McDaniels Privately and not go running to the media and ignoring every effort the Broncos are doing to contact him. Cutler is seriously reminding me of a little kid that gets all mad when his parents dont let him get what he wants. Now the Broncos need to get him out of Denver and they need to do it fast before he becomes a poison in the locker and starts to destroy the team from the inside.

It's not like all Brady did in 07 was dink and dunk, I'm sure he threw plenty of deep stuff to Moss. Sub in Cutler and Marshall and off we go.
Maybe because Denver probably offered him the most money and benefits.

The more this goes on, the more it seems like this is all Cook's shitty ass way of getting a new contract for Cutler.

Jay needs to get rid of this fuck tard of an agent.

Let's add the Jets to that, too. Shame that it won't happen. I'm assuming Cutler has 0 ability to decide his fate, besides not playing?

i wonder if belicheat is laughing his ass off after dangling cassel to McD, then giving him away to the chiefs... What are the odds that the unmaned source about the trade in the first place was the hooded sweatshirt wearing genius?

Why couldn't it happen? If the relationship between the Bronco's and Cutler is as bad it sounds and there is no way to fix it, Cutler is going to be had for cheap, and that would put the Vikings the mix as well.

Like I said, if this is beyond all repair and Cutler wants out so bad he's willing to just quit on the team (hasn't been said or indicated but who knows) his value isn't going to be that high. Look at how cheap certain players have been had for in the past years. It could come down to a 2nd or 3rd rounder is all it takes for Cutler.

The Bronco's are in between a rock and hard place on this one, and I doubt they get full value for Cutler. The Bronco's will end up on the short end of the stick no matter where Cutler ends up

Yeah, in my opinion, the only teams that have a chance to get Cutler if he's placed on the block would be

                          Detroit - 2 1st round picks, 2nd round and 2 3rd rounders if i'm not mistaken
Cleveland - Brady Quinn, Derek Anderson
                          Arizona - Matt Leinart

So yeah, if he's going anywhere, i think it's safe to say it'd be to one of those teams, unless Minnesota, Miami, Tampa Bay give up most of their draft picks and some next year for him.

Don't make me puke. We've been perfect all off-season with our moves, the last thing we need to do now is give up 5 players for a drama queen at QB.

I think he meant that's what they have to offer, not what they'd give up.

LOL Of course BB is laughing, I would be if I was him. The best part is he knows Cassell aint nearly as great as hes being made out to be and he probably could've gotten even more for him than he did.

We'll see what Josh McDaniels damage control is like with his situation. If it calms down a bit and Cutler comes to training camp.. and they win a couple games in-season, everything will be fine. Winning heals all. But an uninspired kid with type A Diabetes and seemingly a pretty inflated head might not be totally dedicated to giving everything he has to a coach he doesnt even like. Its all about damage control.. which McDaniels has shown isnt exactly his strong suit.

I agree with Silkmilk tho.. Cutler has had it nice in Denver so far. Shit aint gonna be so nice without Shanny around. This is a change of the franchise.. a huge change IMO. Me think inevitably Cutler might be part of the changes.. because altho I support him on-field, he seems to be making enough rumblings that he'll make it hard for his team to co-exist while something like this looms.
