That's the age-old question, especially since the NFLPA has agreements in a lot of cities to have cabs on call for NFL players if they want to use them. Stupid.

The smaller market teams/boring cities have the most arrests in the NFL over the past 10 years because there is nothing for a going professional athlete to do. On the large cities there is always something to do with your agent/radio station/sports store/ect.
