Branden Weeden so far has looked damn ok. Maybe even damn good. 3 possessions and 2 FGs and a TD. Its more the fact that he looks as if hes not breaking too much of a sweat doing it thats impressive.

The Bengals secondary might be the worst in the league this year...holy hell it is terrible. Terrence Newman and Taylor Mays are both going to start

Preseason week 1 he went like 3/9 with an interception right? Let's wait on the praise because right now he's way too up and down.

On a side note the Falcons new spread/no-huddle offense looked good. Matt Ryan 18/21, 174 yards, 1 touchdown.

There's a goddamn hamstring epidemic going on in Oxnard. DeMarcus Ware is the latest to "tweak" a hammy. :bucky:

Aren't they dealing with a ton of injuries at the moment. I heard they had five CBs out for their last preseason game.

I was aware of his shittyness in week 1, which was why I thought it was worthy to give him some credit he deserved. Thats all. He still Brandon Weeden.

I've now had the NFL Network for about 2 days with nothing but pre-season games........I love this fucking network.

Cleaner looking than ESPN, they don't bombard you with useless and stupid bullshit.

                  Rich Eisen!!!

They show local broadcasts of the games, switching between home and away.

If this is what the regular season is like....

I saw a commercial for a new America's Game episode for the 2011 Giants to premiere the day before the season kicks off.

Was watching the end of the Vikings/Bills game this morning and I saw Audie Cole pick off a pair of passes and return both for scores. Already, the homerific Vikings announcers were calling him the steal of the draft....after 2 pre-season games.

Not a chance... he won't even start. Besides has he even proven he can make plays from the pocket? All the running is nice in the preseason but NFL defenses won't let him do half the shit he's done.

He has shown his arm plenty of times this pre-season.

I'm liking Rod Streater this preseason. Hopefully he develops into a regular contributor eventually.

I haven't seen the 2nd game but passing wise i wasn't overly impressed week 1.

After watching the Seahawks vs Broncos game I really liked what I seen with Denver's defense. They brought a lot of pressure and had a very easy time breaking into the backfield. Peyton threw 2 picks but he played pretty efficient the first half. Flynn struggled this game, seemed to be out of sync with his receivers (mainly Owens) and didn't have great touch on the ball tonight. Not really worried, it's still early.
