I got 7th overall in a 12 team ppr League. If one of the top 3 qbs falls to 7 would you take rb and hope one of the top 3 qbs falls to the 2nd round or would you take a qb? Everyone get 6 points for tds. Past league history(every one of the last 6-7 drafts have been pretty rb heavy for my league).

Depends on who is available. If one of the QBs falls, take them, especially with MJD holding out, as he would be a likely pick at 7 for you. Honestly in a PPR, Jimmy Graham is available and might be a good choice at that pick depending on things right now. -
One of the QBs dropping makes it a no brainer IMO. Any one of them are capable of 40+ TDs a year.

At 6 points per passing touchdown...I'd take about 5-6 QBs there.
