Lucky bounce, but it does tie an NFL record.

I'll always remember him as a Redskin, however. Akers had one week with the team, as we went through bummy kicker after bummy kicker. After being cut, the Eagles picked up Akers and the rest is history.

So glad to see him turn into one of the best kickers AFTER leaving Philly.

Lucky bounce maybe. But the guy made a great kick just to be able to get the bounce. Congrats to him. As a Packer fan, it was painful. The whole game was painful. Congrats to the 9ers.

Incredible game, what a victory for us to start the reason.

I will say this, though...worst piece of shit officiating ever. The block in the back on the punt return, the blatant false starts by our offense that weren't called, and every flag that was called was four second late. Bring back the real refs.

Glad you mentioned that. Shows your objective. I was so pissed at those. GB didn't lose because of those calls. SF just physically beat GB up. SF deserved the win.

From a neutral view, I say no flag.

i thought the officials were pretty good or as good as the regular refs. The delayed calls were still penalties, they were just thrown late. There is nothing wrong with throwing it late. Whats the point of throwing a defensive holding call on a DB when the WR catches it for a 40 yard gain.

I watched 4 games in their entirety, NY/DAL, CLE/PHIL, SF/GB, DEN/PITT and all these games were called well imo

plus, we dont know what these refs are being told by the league in terms of consistency. They are under alot of pressure to do things right and are trying to call things fair and have a ton of shit going on in their head when making or not making a call. Regular refs have been at this forever in the NFL. these guys have 4 preseason and 1 regular season game now and with that amount of experience i think they did a very good job
