Gotta get past UNC and keep rolling threw the ACC. My hope is as the games go on and the defense gets torched time and time they will start to figure it out, even though they are young, and start to mesh. The offense has to get back on the horse also and put up points.

Anyways, this is a weird year where it seems like no one at all cares about the Red River Rivalry. I normally hate the teams involved, but this game has zero appeal as neither team is undefeated or a shoe-in to win the Big 12 like in years past.

I'll be interested to see if Spurrier can finally get over the hump and start beating teams like LSU this year.

Texas looks like a team where the head coach is retiring at the end of the year. They are so terrible in their fundamentals. Their high ranking is still mind-boggling.

If Spurrier does start beating the top SEC teams this year, it will be almost solely due to his defense. Best thing to happen to Spurrier's program was the drunk QB they had there for seemingly 6 years finally left school. I'm amazed at how Spurrier is able to win in spite of having such a mediocre offense.

This one is on Jimbo and the calls he made late in the game, especially when we could have trotted out Hopkins for the long FG instead of pinning them. It worked out for the defense at the time but we needed a shot at those three points.

NCSU also ran 53 plays in 2nd half alone. So FSU D was rightly tired.#Noles ran just 65 in the entire game.

And I know it didn't play well in 2nd half. At all. But FSU defense did get two big stops in fourth qtr, including one w 240 left.

I think FSU fans need to get the MNC out of their heads but there is still a lot of football to be played and a lot of teams that are in the top 10 still play each other. I think we can still move back into the top 5 and possibly the top 3 but unless Florida is in the top 10 at the end of the year our SOS sucks.

It will be Alabama/South Carolina vs. Oregon/WVU and ND is the sleeper
