As a Redskins fan, I agree with that. He may have gotten a bad deal in Oakland with Al Davis, but Turner is not a very good head coach.
I would even say average. His QB rating is good for 18th in the league so far. His yardage numbers have him 12th, and his INT numbers are in a three-way tie for 2nd.
It even seems as though he's dropped off from last season. 11th in QB rating, 6th in yardage, though his INT numbers were at 20 and he finished with the third most (and he's almost half-way there again.)
Yes, he doesn't have Vincent Jackson this year, but they still have a talented group of receivers and Ryan Matthews has been hurt, but good QBs should be able to overcome those. We'll see the rest of this season plays out, but I would say he's about league average right now.
