Early word is that Braxton is going to play on Sunday... he checked out symptom free. Passed a CAT scan, MRI, and concussion tests with flying colors at the OSU Hospital.

Can't buy ND that low, their schedule has been/will continue to be brutal. Oregon is ranked higher, only due to perception. They haven't even hit the meat of their schedule yet. I hate pre-season rankings. It makes it more about "Oh we were right, Oregon is good" than Oregon being the consensus #2 team on merit. I think to this point, ND beating above average to good teams close has been more impressive than Oregon blowing out legitimately bad programs.

I went to the "No defense Bowl" on Saturday night...aka Baylor @ Texas. UT scoring on the first play of the game definitely set the tone for the game. Baylor's 2nd ranked offense was very impressive but it also seemed like they were bailed out with some timely calls on a few drives.

Don't know how UT will ever overcome the blistering that OK put on them last weekend but last night was at least a step back in the right direction!

                  The jumbo-tron is just ridonkulous...lol

ND needs Golson to take a sizable step forward to win this week, and he needs to do a better job protecting himself and the ball when he runs.

OSU-Penn State will be fun since they are 1-2 in the "leaders" division but aren't bowl eligible.

Oklahoma is going to curb stomp ND.

Amari Cooper is by far the best receiver on Alabama

He's even better than Julio was at this point. This guy's gonna be a star
