The Eagles are playing the Saints and given the Saints' inability to play defense I would think this is a "get right" game for Vick and the offense. If he struggles Monday Night he may be done.

I would 100% rather have Tim Tebow quarterbacking my team than Michael Vick

I think he's serviceable at best. Never thought he was much of a QB. Well, that might be a little harsh but he never developed into much. I think Andy's problem is QB. A better QB would be able to make faster reads, get the ball out faster, and make up for O-Line deficiency's. Vick always relied on legs instead of brains. Not saying he's stupid. Just that he just doesn't understand the position like a QB should.

Good for Andy Reid for sticking with his guy. If he's going down, Vick goin down with him. I think playing the porous Saints defense is exactly what the Eagles might need.

All things considered I think he has had a pretty good career playing QB. He's pretty much done everything that we expect of our QB's except win a SB. He's been an in the pro-bowls, been a finalist for an MVP and has won playoff games. I don't know what more people expect from him. Everyone can't be Manning, Brady, etc. I think Vick has an understanding of the position, but he just goes about it a different way.

If he had a good understanding of the position, he would read defenses better and faster, make quicker decisions and get the ball out much quicker. He really NEVER could do that. When he first came out of college I thought he would end up being great. After seeing him a couple of years in Atlanta I lost any faith that he could take a team to a championship. I always felt he was a pretty average QB. With all that athletic ability, if he would have been a QB, he would have been unstoppable.

I've always though Michael Vick sucked, even when he was my team's quarterback. Too turnover prone, too injury prone, too inconsistent. He finished most seasons in Atlanta with more turnovers than touchdowns

I do agree that he didn't live up to his potential, but he still had a pretty good career.

Make sure you keep an eye on RGIII, then. He has the athletic talents of Vick, combined with the football smarts (and lets be honest, also off-field smarts) that Vick never had.

                        I'm very impressed with RG3.
