Need to turn my team around

I'm in a ten man league and I'm 3-6. I'll be tied in 9th place. It's a tight league so I'm only a game behind the 4th place person right now. It's a non PPR standard NFL.com scoring.

RB: Michael Turner
RB: Jamaal Charles
WR: Kenny Britt
WR: Jordy Nelson
WR: Miles Austin
WR: Cecil Shorts
TE: Antonio Gates
TE: Martellus Bennett
QB: Vick
HB: Alex Green
WR: Brian Hartline
K: Matt Bryant
DEF: San Fran and Seattle


I need to start 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 K and 1 DEF each week. With that being said my WR core is killing me. I don't know if I can afford to hang on this ship much longer, I was thinking about possibly trading one of my RBs and possibly a WR to nab a good WR and stick with Alex Green at RB to replace and then pick up Vick Ballard of waivers if possible.

I need trade advice badly!!!

I wish my league had the FAs your league has. I have an empty slot on my team and I'd rather leave it open than pick up the slop in free agency...

Leshore and Hilton should be picked up asap if possible. As far as trades go it depends on what you can get, no gaurentee someone will bite but dangle Charles, Nelson and even Rodgers out there and see what comes of it. No need sitting on 1 top notch player when you can get multiple reliable players that will help with a post season push. Tried to tell a buddy of mine this shit weeks ago. He was 1-4 in both leagues we are in and he never made a move to improve even with trade offers that would have pulled him out the whole. I offered this dumb ass Decker, Richardson and Danarius Moore for Ray Rice and he chose not to make the trade and now he is 2-7.

I am targetting them two right now. With Rodgers on bye I was thinking of picking up Matt Hasselbeck who has a favourable matchup against Miami's horrible pass D?
