I work at the sports media department at Washburn (and attend school there as well). We played Northwest at home 2 weeks ago and they fucking whooped our ass all damn day. That is a good team. Not to mention Mo West embarrassed us a week ago as well lol.

Pfft, you can't do a long playoff in college football, these are student athletes, the season is long enough, these are kids with growing bodies, the rigors of the sport are too much, plus they need time to study. Forget it, a playoff just wouldn't work.

How Towson gonna beat UNH 64-35 and not make playoffs while UNH did. Freaking LSU money grab game screwed us.

We beat both teams from CAA in the playoffs other than ODU.

We lost games to a 10-1 Kent State team and to #9 team in the country with LSU.

                            Ambrose is heated

“When you’re a 1-2-3 win team, everybody in the country will play you,” said Ambrose, whose first two teams at Towson in 2009 and 2010 won a total of three games. “But when you’re conference champs of the CAA, nobody wants to get near you. It’s pretty difficult to get out of conference games. There were a couple of teams that were on the hook for future games, after the LSU game they took their tail and ran.”
