Looking back, what's the most embarrassing play in football you can remember? Blown coverage, stupid throw, not scoring a touchdown, what?

Sanchez just had a play which I won't be able to forget for a while.

My first year of high school football, I hit the blocking sled too high and it knocked me on my ass.

I remember back in 2005, against Denver, Kyle Boller took a snap, tripped over his own feet on the dropback and in the process fumbled untouched, picked up the fumble, rolled out and promptly fired a pass right into a Bronco defender's hands. I've never seen anything like it before or after, so much fail in one play.

Not play per se, but I remember being at the game and watching Gus Frerotte slam his head against the wall and give himself a concussion. Watched it through binoculars as it happened.

Romo fumbles the snap on the game-winning field goal that would have sent the Cowboys to the divisional playoffs in 2007 and is tackled just before the goal line in Seattle. Time expires as Seattle wins 21-20.

Just pick any random Cougar game since 2008 and there has been plenty of embarrassing plays every game. This one really sticks out to me, though.
