The Packers have signed Ryan Grant to a one year deal to help bolster the RB position with James Starks likely heading to IR. Will be interesting to see how much, if any, he still has left in the tank.

With concerns about the status of injured running back James Starks, the Packers have gone back to their past to replace him.
According to Jason Wilde of ESPNMilwaukee.com, the Packers have agreed to a deal with running back Ryan Grant, who will sign today. The source on this one is solid — Grant himself.
Grant had a short stint with the Redskins this year, but didn’t have as much market as many expected after leaving the Packers last year.
At this point in the season, being a known commodity has a value.
