I think they mean how everyone was ripping Jay Cutler when he was just standing on the sideline after his "injury" during the NFC Championship game.

How it relates to RGIII is that they are wondering if what happened with the media and Cutler would have any affect on RGIII's decision to go back into the game after being visibly injured earlier.
