I was just about to say this. RG3 gets injured and thinks "Damn, Cutler took some abuse from the media 3 years ago for not playing through injury, I better stay in there."

It's scary to think some people may think this is actually how things went down.

sad part Jay Cutler is a tough QB. he spent last season taking a pounding in every game cause his OLine was poor.
he simply took a beating and still got a bad wrap....

QBs take all the media BS hype, win or lose
3rd & 14, inside your own 15, up 6, 3:20min left to go = call a PA Pass and Cancel. *its Legit, so no needless complaining

If anything.. not that RG3 or Shanahan were thinking of the 2010 Bears during this.. but .. yeah.. if ANYTHING.. the Bears going to the backup when Cutler was hurt should have been more of a validation for Washington to go to Cousins. Caleb Hanie nearly pulled that game out of his ass.. and they were trailing. Washington was up 14.

But yeah its all moot because the question is stupid and par for the course with ESPN's shit.

            Nice thread.

Almost as good as the one blaming Reggie Bush "taunting" the Bears defense for the Saints losing 39-14 in the NFC Championship Game on Maddenmania
