Can't wait to watch the GUS BUS roll all over Andrew Luck and the rest of the South.
Here's some info on his defense
http://www.fieldgulls.com/2012/3/12/2862318/the-seahawks-mario-williams-and-the-modern-hybrid-frontsA look at modern hybrid schemes and the Mario Williams fit in Seattle.
"Our defense is a 4-3 scheme with 3-4 personnel. It's just utilizing the special talents of our guys." - Pete Carroll
On the first seven snaps that Kirk Cousins played for Washington, the Seahawks responded with seven different looks on the line.

He took the Seahawks D from one of the worst, to perhaps the best in football. Had a good D at NDSU.
I kind of wanted Greg Roman, but was very interested in Bradley before we hired him...
I'll give it a chance. I am excited to see the Jaguars defense become elite again.Comment

I don't believe thats all coaches. Didn't Mangenius get rid of Vilma because he didn't fit into his 3-4? In Seattle I think they used mostly 4-3 under and the 3-4 "Double Eagle" as I've seen it called with two 3 technique ends.Comment

As Aso said, not every coach adapts themselves to their talent. Very good coaches do, others think they can just shove a square peg into a round hole. A coach who has shown he can win being flexible and adapting is a hot commodity, imo, especially since the AFC South seems a lot more open to competition than it did around week 12 or so.Comment
