sidenote: agree about fax machine. WTF, it's 2013. Maybe there is a security reason or some old school anal retentive protocol for it? I remember on Being: Liverpool, they had a real fax machine still as well for EPL contracts. One of the management staff was literally standing by it waiting for Joe Allen's paperwork from Swansea to come through before they could do anything.
