Redskins agreed to terms with QB Pat White.
White's signing comes on the same day the Redskins re-upped Rex Grossman, giving them four QBs under contract. White passed a "full battery" of tests, which revealed "no issues" with the concussion that helped knock him out of the league. White hasn't set foot on an NFL field since 2009. White is facing long odds of cracking the Redskins' 53-man roster, but drew strong interest after relaunching his career, and will be buoyed by his perfect fit for the read-option offense.

Redskins re-signed QB Rex Grossman.
At this point, Mike Shanahan might as well give his favorite player a lifetime contract. Grossman's return shouldn't affect the Redskins' expected deal with free agent Pat White. Going on 33 and coming off a season where he didn't attempt a pass, Grossman's roster spot likely isn't guaranteed, but he'll be leaned on for his experience in Shanny's system during OTAs and training camp.
