I am a Tebow fan with a realistic understanding. I already explained he was emotionally under developed. But the reason he is let to make a couple million on a bench is because he isn't the typical dumb drugged up jock.

the Patriots like character and brains and he has both..enough of to possibly make the team

Have you heard him speak? Character and morals.. sure.. but he's as smart as a bag of bricks. Of course you just spelled 'hybrid' .. 'highbred' so.. I see why you think so highly of him.

The Patriots are good, but they haven't gone shit worth a damn since getting busted for cheating...not everything they touch is gold.

Tebow's best friend or worst enemy is going to be himself...I don't care if he's a QB or not...its obvious no one is going to give him a chance to be one so the answer to whether he is or isn't is moot.

So, if he's willing to somehow be a backfield utility player, ala Michael Robinson...he'll stick around for a long time. If not, he'll be hitting the seminar circuit harder and year round much sooner than he expects to be.

Right because the Patriots offense has always had a hard time scoring inside the 5 with Tom Brady at QB. :cmpunk:

There's not a defensive coach in the league that would NOT prefer to see Tim Tebow at QB opposed to Tom Brady.

I already said he was emotionally and intellectually lacking. He has plenty of football smarts though

oh God,..cut the childish bullshit please. I have said as much in other threads and on other forums. Being emotionally under developed does affect intellectual forethought throughout as well. Its a given and I shouldn't need to go step by step for you.

I don't disagree that Tebow is far from perfect, but if I'm Jacksonville, I take him, Vince Young as his backup and a 3rd QB as the read option guy and just say "fuck it ... let's go for it."
Jacksonville's attitude about Tebow reminds me of Buffalo with Doug Flutie. Let's go with the prototypical pretty boy instead of the winner. The pretty boy has all the intangibles, except for actual fucking winning.
Bills paid for this thinking with their stupid playoff loss to Tennessee.
Jacksonville will likely end up with Chad Henne as a starter and 5 or 6 wins with 1/3 of the stadium tarped off.
Honestly, what did have Jacksonville have to lose going full retard and just giving Tebow one year? Blaine Gabbert? Really? Chad Henne? Really?

If I own the Jags, I say to the GM and coach ... give Tebow one year. Run an offense/offence that's Tebow friendly. If it works, woo! We sell out the stadium and win. If it doesn't, nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Instead, the Jags go Gabbo and likely, at best, finish with 6 wins and never sellout the stadium all year.

Read the first sentence of your plan dave and stopped. Thats a horrendous plan. You'd have no one on your roster who knows how to actually throw the ball.
