1. Marqise Lee, USC
The consensus top guy, a true #1 who gets fed the rock more often than Atlas breast feeds Caprice.
2. Amari Cooper, Alabama
This guy looks great getting off the bus, and he also has the prettiest looking highlights around because he's always streaking down the field wide the fuck open.
3. Jordan Matthews, Vanderbilt
The kind of athlete that never used to set foot on Vandy's campus but is now streaming into the program more regularly. He's got da statz and da meazurablez. Scouts love him, and he puts up huge numbers.
4. Sammy Watkins, Clemson
Took a back seat at times last year to DeAndre Hopkins, but he'll be the #1 guy again and should get back to the 80-85 catch range with well over 1000 all-purpose yards.
5. Allen Robinson, Penn State
Chances are if you can post a 1000 yard season (1018 to be exact, on 77 catches with 11 touchdowns) with Matt McGloin throwing you the ball, you are probably pretty damn good.
6. Mike Evans, Texas A&M
Not so much of a receiver as a power forward in cleats. It's fun to watch him line up all over the field in the Aggies playground offense. Ryan Swope is gone, so whenever Johnny Foobawl finds himself needing a safety net he'll look for the 6'5 Evans.
7. Cody Hoffman, BYU
One of the more productive active receivers in the country -- he's coming off a ONE HUNDO catch season and has two hundo catches over his 3-year career -- the only question I have about him is the level of competition. Numbers are pretty enough to look at though.
8. Stefon Diggs, Maryland
One of the nation's top freshman last year, and a rare bright spot on a terrible Maryland team. He's just got that electric factor that makes you want to keep your hand off the remote for a lil longer before you realize you are watching Maryland football and it's barely past noon so you should probably get a bagel or pre-heat the oven for some taquitos or something and oh god is that Pam Ward, Doris Burke, or that other lady?
9. Brandon Coleman, Rutgers
Was a steady producer as a junior, but this is mainly banking on further development for a guy who is 6'6 220 and just oozing with potential.
10. Davante Adams, Fresno State
This motherfucka ... True freshman going one hundo/1 thundo with 14 scores. In the second game of his carer, the guy grabs 11 balls for 92 yards vs. Oregon. He's 6'2, 200 with room to fill out, one to watch f'sho.
Honorable mention
Devin Street, Pitt
Donte Moncrief, Ole Miss
Mike Davis, Texas
Malcolm Mitchell, Georgia
Eric Ward, Texas Tech
