The Denver Broncos may be in a bit of a defensive hole when they start the season if ESPN’s sources are accurate. Monday morning the news broke that Broncos’ linebacker Von Miller is reportedly facing 4-game suspension for violating NFL policy. The case currently stands in the appeals process. With Elvis Dumervil heading to Baltimore this off-season, and Von possibly out it will be on Manning’s shoulders to lead the Broncos through the first 1/4th of the season. Also means it's at least his third failed test if he's getting a four game suspension for recreational drugs...
...so that's awesome.

He's subject to increased randoms now too, isn't he? Because I always thought that part would suck.Comment

Would suck bad but I think it's a pretty solid move by the NFL (by they way I really feel like they deal with this stuff 100 times better than any other league in the universe)I give rep not thanks

By not testing for HGH and letting all the steroid suspensions get spun as "adderall" by the individual player's agents? I agree. Great way to handle things from a PR standpoint.Comment

But they're suspending them and doing it in a pretty quick fashion regardless of how good or bad of a player you are. That's really all I care about (even though most of them are Seahawks).I give rep not thanks

I can't tell how the words he types out would come out speaking but he seems to be sure of himself that he did nothing wrong. I'm guessing he took something by accident (listed as a different name on bottle) or something like that. If the Broncos could go 2-2 (worst), they should be fine.Comment

No matter the substance, how you keep doing it is beyond me. These players get two mulligans before being suspended and having it publicized, so why keep doing it? I can't grasp it.Comment
