Ravens have a long way to go if they want to get into the playoffs this season. They are really lacking receiving targets, and just really undisciplined overall.

While I am surprised Manning threw for 7 TDs I am not surprised the Ravens lost by multiple TDs. I actually sort of expected it. Obviously there are was a lot of defensive breakdowns and Manning just got hot............not much to take from this game. I am not too concerned and neither should the Ravens players.

While it is only Week 1? There is plenty to be concerned about when you get 7 TD's tossed on your defense. Whether it's Peyton Manning or not that's a very clear indication that someone or, multiple someones are not doing their jobs. Every team gets better as the season goes on and I doubt the Ravens look this bad the rest of the season. However, you should be worried because teams just got the blue print on that defense and seen the holes and how much transition this team is in. This isn't a playoff team this year unless they somehow manage to back into the playoffs. Luckily they're still in a very weak AFC and that will help in the "back in" scenario.

I'm sure he does and it's why he embraces it every chance he gets. It deflects attention away from Geno Smith and Mark Sanchez. I guess he feels if the spotlight is on him it's off his players and he can live with that? I look forward to him being fired. I've been saying for years how this approach he takes gets on my nerves and I just want to see him locked away in a coordinator booth without a mic in his face.
