lmao...I'm guessing he would have gotten away with the $ sign but the slashing the throat pushed it over the edge.

Not a bad loss at all. UCF's a very solid team and their quarterback (Blake Bortles) is the best pure QB the Nittany Lions will see all season. Wouldn't be shocked to see them scare Louisville.
The lack of depth on defense because of the sanctions really made a lot of difference.

They fucked themselves by getting cute and derpy.
Refs were slow on the uptick, but Stave "giving himself up" and putting the ball on the ground was straight derpy. Why would you let the defense touch the ball and milk time? LOL @ with 10 seconds left, you trying to kneel and place yourself in the middle of the field with no timeouts. Just poor management by Wisky. You can't put too much on the refs when Wisky put them in that position.Comment

As for your photo, that would qualify is not having enough evidence...Stave's knee may or may not have been down...either way though, it doesn't matter, he let go of the football and created a potential scrum...how many times per game do defenders jump on a dead ball because it 'might' have been a fumble...dozens. Why does Stave let the ball go and not give it immediately to the referee? He's a derp, that's why, and that's why Wisky lost the game...not the refs, not a phantom delay of game penalty, because it was a bad play call and even worse execution by the QB.Comment

Actually, the ASU player got up as soon as the ref told him to get up, hence, no delay of game penalty.

You can be butt hurt, but its clearly the fault of A) the playcall and B) the quarterback. Even if the play is then blown dead, the clock is still running...Stave unknowingly created the fumble scenario allowing the defender to jump on the ball and milk time off the clock. He didn't delay the game...he got up as soon as the referee told him to. Stave just derped and it was a bad play call with no timeouts regardless.
